§ 30a Act on Elections and Referendums - Expiration of Deadlines on Holidays

1. If the weekdays mentioned in §§ 31 (1), 33 (3), 35 (1) and (3), 36 (1), 52 (4), 56 (3), and 60 (2), second sentence, fall on a public holiday according to § 10 (1) of the Law on the Organization of Civil and Criminal Justice Administration of August 26, 2010 (Court Organization Act, COA), then the respective deadlines and appointments are postponed to the next working day at 12:00 noon.
