1. This regulation contains the implementing provisions for the use of the reserve, which serves to cover the financing of the structural reform according to the Law on the Pension Fund of the Canton of Valais (PKWAL), as well as for covering the obligations related to the guarantee that the State of Valais has provided to the PKWAL for the closed pension fund (GPK).

1. The reserve financed by the PKWAL Fund is used for capital contributions to fulfill cantonal obligations. The capital contributions are decided by the Council of State and may be made through acknowledgments of debt and/or monetary payments.
