Art. 24 Regulation on working hours in the cantonal administration (RTTr) - Termination of Employment Relationship

1. Upon the termination of the employment relationship, the employee is obligated to balance the totals of working hours, vacation, and overtime. A positive balance cannot be compensated in cash. A negative balance will be deducted from the salary. The service manager or the department head ensures that conditions allow the employee to fully compensate for the totals of working hours, vacation, and overtime before their departure.

2. Provisions regarding the remuneration of employees remain reserved.
