Decree establishing the compensation due to members of the Cantonal Data Protection and Transparency Commission - Meetings and Time Spent
Statutory Text (2 Provisions)
1. Compensation for the External Members of the Cantonal Data Protection and Transparency Commission for Meetings and the Time Spent on them (File Study, Preparatory Work, etc.) are Set as Follows
a) Presidency
1. per day CHF 500.-
2. per half day CHF 250.-
3. per individual hour CHF 100.-
b) Members
1. per day CHF 350.-
2. per half day CHF 200.-
3. per individual hour CHF 50.-
2. Compensation is calculated on an hourly basis but may not exceed the compensation for a half day or, where applicable, a full day.
3. Cantonal Magistrates and Employees who are Members of the Commission do not receive attendance fees; except if a contrary decision is made by the Council of State.
1. The expenses for postage, telecommunications, copies, etc. are reimbursed based on the actual expenditure.
2. The remaining costs and remunerations, as well as the organization of meetings and disbursements, are governed by the resolution on commission compensations.
