Art. 52 GIDA - Opinion of the Authority — Opinion of the Authority

1. If an authority intends not to comply with a request based on this law, it must inform the affected individuals. At the same time, it must also notify them of the possibility of applying to initiate a mediation procedure with the commissioner.
