Once the restoration in question has been completed, the municipality will assume full responsibility for the maintenance costs, of whatever nature, as well as any reconstruction costs, in perpetuity, which were previously the responsibility of the State.

1. The State shall remain the owner of the temple, but it is only obliged to rebuild it in the event of a fire; apart from this case, it is fully relieved from all responsibilities regarding the future maintenance and reconstruction of the temple, which are the responsibility of the municipality of the Abbey.

1. The agreement entered into between the Department of Public Works [A] and the municipality of L'Abbaye, for the restoration of the temple of this parish, is ratified.

1. The Council of State is authorized to restore the parish temple of the Abbey, according to the plans and specifications attached to this decree, and may make any necessary detailed changes during the execution of the work.
