Art. 1 DECREE concerning the affiliation of the staff of the Evangelical Reformed Church of the Canton of Vaud to an occupational pension institution (DAPEERV)

1. As of January 1, 2011, the staff of the EERV who are at least 45 years old as of January 1, 2011, shall remain affiliated with the CPEV.

1. The Council of State is responsible for the execution of this decree. It shall publish the text in accordance with Article 84, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Cantonal Constitution and, by means of an order, set the date on which it will enter into force.
