Schedule of costs for civil electronic monitoring (TFSEC) - Principle (TFSEC)

1. The costs for electronic monitoring that may be charged to the person wearing the monitoring device are set at CHF 15.- per day.

2. These costs are not judicial costs and cannot be covered by legal aid.

3. In cases of proven indigence, the costs of electronic monitoring may be reduced to as low as CHF 10.- per day.

1. When the bearer of the device intentionally damages the surveillance equipment, the costs of repair or replacement shall be charged to them.

1. This regulation shall enter into force on January 1, 2022.
