fixing the salaries of the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorneys General (DS-PG et PGa) (DS-PGETPGA)

1. The position of Attorney General is classified in grade 18 of the salary scale listed in the appendix of the regulation concerning the remuneration system for employees of the State of Vaud [B].

2. The positions of Deputy Attorney Generals are classified in grade 17 of the salary scale listed in the appendix of the regulation concerning the remuneration system for employees of the State of Vaud [B].

1. The salaries of the holders of the position of Attorney General and the positions of Deputy Attorneys General are set by the Council of State in accordance with the rules applicable to the employees of the State of Vaud.

1. Article 25 of the State Personnel Law of Vaud [C] applies to the salaries of the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney Generals.

1. The decree of March 16, 2010, setting the salary of the Attorney General is repealed.

1. The Council of State is responsible for the execution of this decree. It shall publish the text in accordance with Article 84, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Cantonal Constitution and shall determine, by way of an order, the date it comes into effect.
