REGULATION on procedural costs for the Public Prosecutor's Office in administrative matters (RFPMPu) - Principles (RFPMPU)

1. The investigation and adjudication of cases in which the Public Prosecutor acts as an administrative authority give rise to the collection of a fee and the recovery of the costs they have incurred.

2. The Judicial and Administrative Costs Tariff of April 28, 2015 (TFJDA) [C] is applied by analogy.

1. The College of Prosecutors is responsible for the execution of this regulation, which comes into effect on February 1, 2023.
