1. Make the solemn promise, the text of which is inscribed in Article 31, paragraphs 2 and 3 RLPers-VD [C]

a. Before the magistrate of the Public Ministry designated by the College of Prosecutors, at the end of the probationary period

1. court clerks;

2. financial analysts.

b. Before the College of Prosecutors, at the time of assuming office

1. the administrative director.

1. The College of Prosecutors is responsible for the execution of this regulation, which comes into effect on February 1, 2023.
