Act on the Computation of Deadlines Ending on a Saturday (LSam) - [ 1 ] (LSAM)

1. For the legal time limits under Vaud law and for the deadlines set in application of Vaud legislation, Saturday is considered equivalent to a public holiday.

2. A document sent by mail that is delivered to its recipient, without requiring a signature, on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday according to federal or cantonal law, is deemed to have been notified on the first working day that follows.

1. The Council of State is responsible for the publication and execution of this law.

2. The Council of State orders the printing and publication of this law to be executed in its entirety, as of and including June 3, 1966.
