raising to forty million francs the ceiling of the special account intended for the acquisition of real estate or restricted real rights in correlation with expansion plans (DAID) (DAID)

The Council of State is authorized to raise the cap of the special account to forty million francs from fifteen million francs as granted by the decree of February 22, 1961, intended for the acquisition of real estate or restricted real rights, both for urban planning needs and for future allocations.

1. The Council of State is responsible for the publication and execution of this decree.
