concerning the granting of a surface right to the Pension Fund of the State of Vaud for the building at Place de la Cathédrale 5, in Lausanne (DCPC) (DCPC)

1. A gratuitous right of superficies is granted to the State Pension Fund of Vaud for a duration of 99 years, concerning the property located at Place de la Cathédrale 5, in Lausanne.

1. An agreement [A] shall be concluded with the Pension Fund of the State of Vaud confirming the objectives sought, namely the creation of housing as well as the conditions for implementation, deadlines, etc.

1. The Council of State is responsible for the execution of this decree. It shall publish the text in accordance with Article 27, Clause 2, of the Cantonal Constitution and shall fix, by order, the date of its entry into force.
