creating the special account entitled "National road maintenance equipment" (DCSRN) (DCSRN)

1. A special account is opened in the State's balance sheet for the purchase of all vehicles and equipment necessary for the maintenance of national roads.

1. Adequate depreciation is provided for each year in the budget of the road service department.

2. The proceeds from the sale of used vehicles and equipment shall be credited to this account.

1. The Council of State authorizes the proposed acquisitions, upon prior approval. These acquisitions cannot, in their entirety, be recorded in the State's balance sheet for an amount exceeding 10,800,000 francs without a new decision from the Grand Council.

1. The decree of May 12, 1982, authorizing the creation of a special account entitled "National Road Maintenance Equipment" is repealed.

1. The Council of State is responsible for the implementation of this decree. It shall publish the text in accordance with Article 27, numeral 2, of the Cantonal Constitution and shall establish, by ordinance, the date of its entry into force.
