creating the special account entitled "Heavy and special vehicles of the Cantonal Administration and equipment of the Department of Public Works" (DVLA) - [ 1 ] (DVLA)

1. A special account is opened in the State's balance sheet for the purchase of all heavy and special vehicles of the cantonal administration and the equipment of the department in charge of infrastructure [A].

1. Sufficient depreciation shall be provided annually in the budget of the road department for the purchase of heavy and special vehicles made available to the departments, as well as for the equipment of the department in charge of infrastructure.

2. The proceeds from the sale of used vehicles and equipment shall be accounted for in a revenue account.

1. The Council of State authorizes, upon prior notice from the department concerned and the department responsible for infrastructure, the acquisitions provided for in the present decree.

2. These, in their entirety, may not appear on the State's balance sheet for a sum exceeding CHF 17,680,000 without a new decision from the Grand Council.

1. The decree of November 30, 1981, authorizing the creation of a special account entitled "Heavy and Special Vehicles of the Cantonal Administration and Equipment of the Department of Public Works" is repealed.

1. The Council of State is responsible for the execution of this decree. It shall publish the text in accordance with Article 27, Clause 2, of the Cantonal Constitution and shall fix, by order, the date of its entry into force.
