creating a revolving fund for "Motor vehicles of the cantonal administration" (DF-VMA) (DF-VMA)

1. A special account is opened in the State's accounting for the purchase of all motor vehicles.

1. Sufficient depreciation allowances are provided each year in the budget of the road department for all purchases of motor vehicles made available to the departments.

2. The proceeds from the sale of used vehicles are recorded in a revenue account.

1. The Council of State authorizes, upon prior notice from the interested department and the department responsible for infrastructure, the acquisitions provided for in this decree. These acquisitions may not, in their totality, appear on the State's balance sheet for a sum exceeding CHF 12,720,000 without a new decision from the Grand Council.

1. The Council of State is responsible for the execution of the present decree. It shall publish the text in accordance with Article 27, number 3, of the Cantonal Constitution and shall set, by way of an order, the date of its entry into force.
