1. The Department of Health and Social Affairs collects the following fees

a. authentication of signature Fr. 100.-

b. declaration concerning an authorization to practice, operate, and/or manage Fr. 100.-

c. issuance of a certificate of good standing Fr. 100.-

d. various certificates, duplicates, and declarations Fr. 100.-

e. additional processing fees related to an incomplete application Fr. 100.-

f. investigation fees Fr. 250.-

g. deposit of patient files with the cantonal physician

1. files in order Fr. 1500.-

2. files in disarray or in bulk Fr. 5'000.-

3. mailing of files via registered mail according to postal rates

h. inspection of any place of practice (per inspector) Fr. 250.-/h

i. administrative audit from Fr. 1'000.- to Fr. 10'000.-

j. validation of plans Fr. 250.-/h

k. validation of cemetery regulations Fr. 250.-/h

l. exhumation Fr. 200.-

m. mortuary transit permit Fr. 40.-
