1. The composition of the Foresight Commission, as per the attached list, is ratified by the Grand Council.

1. The Council of State is responsible for the execution of this decree. It shall publish the text in accordance with Article 84, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Cantonal Constitution and shall determine, by way of an order, the date it comes into effect.
