fixing the remuneration of the Secretary General of the Grand Council for the 2023-2027 legislature (DRSGGC) (DRSGGC)
Statutory Text (3 Articles)
1. The annual salary of the Secretary-General of the Grand Council corresponds, for the year 2023, to the amount specified in Class 17, Step 17, of the 2023 salary scale of the State of Vaud.
2. From 2024 to 2027, the salary will increase each year by the amount corresponding to one step of Class 17, Zone 3, of the salary scale for the respective year.
3. The salary is adjusted for cost-of-living increases in accordance with Article 25 of the law of 12 November 2001 on the personnel of the State of Vaud [B].
4. The Bureau of the Grand Council applies to the Secretary-General any salary measures decided by the State Council affecting all State personnel or heads of service.
5. The annual salary is paid in thirteen installments, in accordance with the rules applicable to the State personnel.
1. This decree shall come into force, retroactively if necessary, on January 1, 2023.
1. The Council of State is responsible for the execution of this decree. It shall publish the text in accordance with Article 84, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Cantonal Constitution and shall put it into effect, by way of an order, in accordance with Article 2 above.
