establishing the list of thematic committees for the 2022-2027 legislature (DComThém) - List of Thematic Committees (DThemaKom)

1. In addition to the commissions already established by Law [A] (Commission for Foreign Affairs, Commission for Pardons, Commission for Petitions, and Commission for Public Health), the following thematic commissions are hereby instituted for the 2022-2027 legislature

- Thematic Commission for Legal Affairs;

- Thematic Commission for Transport and Mobility Infrastructure;

- Thematic Commission for Institutions and Political Rights;

- Thematic Commission for Information Systems;

- Thematic Commission for Environment and Energy;

- Thematic Commission for Education;

- Thematic Commission for Social Affairs.

1. The Thematic Commission of Pardons is composed of eleven members.

2. The Thematic Commission of Petitions is composed of eleven members.

3. Political groups must be represented in the Thematic Commission of Institutions and Political Rights.

4. The other thematic commissions mentioned in Article 1 each have fifteen members.

1. This decree shall enter into force on July 1, 2022.

2. The Council of State is responsible for the execution of this decree. It shall publish the text in accordance with Article 84, paragraph 1, letter a) of the cantonal Constitution and enforce it by means of an order in accordance with paragraph 1 above.
