Art. 54 Act on Aid to Asylum Seekers and Certain Categories of Foreigners (LARA) - Jurisdiction

1. The department verifies and forwards the grant applications and statements to the federal authorities.

2. It collects the full amount of subsidies granted to the canton in accordance with the LAsi [A] and distributes them among the various entities that perform the tasks for which the subsidies are awarded.
