Art. 3 Implementing Regulations for the Act of 19 décembre 2017 on Vaud Citizenship (RLDCV) - Communication of the Decision

1. The [D] Service communicates to the Council of State, within the framework of ordinary naturalization, the decision to grant citizenship rights to the federal authority for the purpose of obtaining federal authorization.

2. It communicates the decision to grant citizenship rights and municipal rights to a Confederal citizen to the civil registry of Vaud.

3. It communicates the decision of naturalization to the civil registry of Vaud, the Civil and Military Security Service of the Canton of Vaud, the Federal Statistical Service, and the relevant municipality.

4. These communications can be made by postal mail or electronically.
