Article 28 Act on the Protection of Personal Data (Cantonal Data Protection Act, KDSG) - Penal Provisions

1. A fine will be imposed on anyone who

a) intentionally provides false information to the designated data protection officer during the investigation of the facts or refuses to cooperate

b) processes personal data as defined in Article 11 and disregards the conditions of this provision

c) processes personal data on behalf of an authority and uses or discloses the data in violation of the mandate

2. The procedure follows the provisions of criminal justice.
