**Article 19 Cantonal Data Protection Act, CDPA - Rectification** Act on the Protection of Personal Data (Cantonal Data Protection Act, KDSG) - Rectification**

1. Any individual may request the responsible authority to correct or complete inaccurate personal data concerning themselves.

2. If the responsible authority disputes the inaccuracy, it must prove the accuracy of the personal data.

3. If neither the accuracy nor the inaccuracy of the personal data can be proven, particularly for data containing an assessment of human behavior, the affected person may request the inclusion of a counter-statement.
