Article 14 Cantonal Data Protection Act, CDPA - Register — Register

1. The canton, municipalities, as well as public law corporations and institutions, maintain a public register of their data collections.

2. The register contains for each data collection information regarding the legal basis, purpose, and means of processing, the type and origin of the processed personal data, as well as the entities involved in the data collection and the regular data recipients.
