Article 5 Regulation on the Protection of the Rüti Floodplain at Vorderschächen in the Municipality of Unterschächen - Maintenance and Upkeep

1. The protected object, if necessary, shall be managed and maintained appropriately and in accordance with its location, in consultation with the Department of Nature and Landscape. All maintenance and care activities must align with the protection objectives. The measures required for this are exempt from the prohibitions under this regulation.

2. Any emerging invasive neophytes are to be controlled.

3. If the property owners or managers affected do not personally ensure the maintenance of the protected objects, they are obliged to permit the care and maintenance by the state or its representatives without incurring any costs.

4. Interventions in the forest area shall be conducted in prior consultation with the responsible forestry authorities.
