Credit Resolution on a Cantonal Contribution for the Operation of the Didactic Centre Uri
Statutory Text (3 Provisions)
**1. From 1999 onwards, the canton shall contribute an annual amount of 80,000 Francs towards the operating costs of the Didactic Center Uri. The cantonal contribution valid in 1995 shall be gradually increased to 80,000 Francs as follows:**
a) Cantonal contribution for 1996: 60,000 Francs
b) Cantonal contribution for 1997: 70,000 Francs
c) Cantonal contribution for 1998: 75,000 Francs
d) Cantonal contribution for 1999: 80,000 Francs
**2. This annual operating contribution is to be specifically used for the incurred rent and for the salary of the director of the Didactic Center.**
**3. The operating contribution shall be included annually in the state budget estimate.**
1. The Government Council is authorized to adjust the operational contribution every two years in accordance with the national consumer price index (as of December 1999) for inflation, for the first time on January 1, 2001.
1. This resolution is subject to an optional referendum. It comes into force immediately after the expiration of the referendum period or upon its approval in the popular vote.
