Article 55 Education Act - District School Council — District School Council

1. Municipalities that have joined together for the common management of a school, type of school, or level of school can elect a district school council in which the affiliated municipalities are appropriately represented.

2. The responsibilities of the district school council are determined in detail according to the regulations applicable to the school council.
