Art. 15 Lptca Law on Procedure for Cases before the Cantonal Insurance Court (Lptca)

1 The procedure before the Court is simple, swift and, as a rule, public.

2 Hearings are public, except in cases where the Judge, ex officio or upon request of a party, deems it necessary to proceed in camera for justified reasons.
