Legislative Decree concerning Chancellery Fees for the Legalization of Documents and for the Issuance of Documents or Extracts

The fees that the State Chancellery is required to apply for the legalization or issuance of documents, certificates, or extracts are established as follows

1.

for the legalization of civil status documents

for the legalization of public notarial deeds

for the legalization of any other public document

fr. 30 .--

4.

for the legalization of documents issued by the Cantonal Administration Services

fr. 30 .--

5.

for the issuance of a certificate or declaration

fr. 30 .--

for the extract from the protocol and for each page

fr. 13 .--

The legislative decree concerning the chancery fees for the legalization of acts, for the issuance of acts, documents or extracts, and for various services, of 16 December 1991, is repealed.

This Decree shall be published in the Official Bulletin of Laws and Executive Acts and shall enter into force on January 1, 2014.
