Executive Decree concerning the supplementary contribution intended to increase old-age credits

1 The supplementary contribution under Article 11 paragraph 6 LIPCT amounts to 3% of the insured salary.

2 The financing of the supplementary contribution is allocated as follows

– 1.2% borne by employers;

– 1.8% borne by active insured persons.

The present executive decree enters into force on January 1, 2025.
