Regulation concerning promotions at the Institute for Social Security

This regulation, as provided for by Art. 54 para. 7 of the Regulation on State Employees of July 11, 2017 (hereinafter RDSt), governs the promotions of employees of the Social Insurance Institute.

For promotions to positions not covered by this regulation, Art. 54 RDSt is applicable.

1 The function of team leader may be established in the following cases

– within administrative units with a significant number of employees, the team leader assumes the coordination of a group (at least 8 employees);

– within specialized activities that require particular skills and experience, the team leader assumes responsibility for managing the activity.

This Regulation repeals and replaces Government Resolution No. 4816 of November 7, 2000.

This regulation is published in the Official Bulletin of Laws and enters into force on January 1, 2018.
