**Art. 1 Regulations on the Establishment of Thematic Commissions** Regulations on the Establishment of Thematic Commissions

Four thematic Commissions are established, competent in the following matters

– healthcare and social security;

– economy and labor;

– environment, territory, and energy;

– education and culture.

Thematic Commissions are composed of 17 members.

In principle, the examination and consultation of matters falling under Article 1 are assigned to the relevant Thematic Commission.

This Regulation shall be published in the Official Bulletin of Laws and shall enter into force on May 1, 2019.
