Art. 16 Cantonal Act on the Application of Federal Provisions concerning Coercive Measures in Foreigners' Law (Cantonal Act on Coercive Measures - CAM) — CAM)

The imprisoned foreign national shall be informed, in a language they understand, of the general and specific provisions concerning their rights and duties, as well as the possibility of notifying a person designated by them residing in Switzerland of their incarceration.
