An annual framework credit of CHF 300,000.-- is allocated for the financing of cross-border cooperation activities.

The breakdown of the framework credit into individual utilization credits is delegated to the Council of State. The utilization credits will be justified in the budget message.

Once the deadlines for exercising the right to a referendum have passed, this decree shall enter into force [1] upon its publication in the Official Bulletin of Laws and Executive Acts.
