§ 62 RSV - Duties and Obligations — Duties and Obligations

1. The foundation of cooperation is formed by the management guidelines.

2. Tasks, responsibilities, and competencies are determined by the function, the job description, and the specific instructions of the superior.

3. Employees must perform all tasks that inherently belong to their area of activity and that are assigned to them by their superior based on their knowledge and abilities.
