§ 19 RSV · Notice Periods and Termination Dates in General
1. During the probation period, the notice period is seven days for both parties.
2. Subject to any differing provisions, an employment or internship relationship can be terminated by either party at the end of a month after the probation period has elapsed, observing the following notice periods
1. 1 month in the 1st year of service
2. 3 months from the 2nd year of service
