§ 51 Act on Voting and Election Rights (StWG) - List Connections

1. Two or more lists may be combined up to the 62nd day before the election day through concordant declarations by the signing eligible voters or their representatives. Within a list alliance, only sub-list alliances are permitted.

2. Sub-list alliances are valid between lists of the same designation, differing solely by an addition indicating gender, age, faction within a group, or region.

3. List and sub-list alliances must be noted on the lists. They cannot be revoked.
