§ 66 Regulation on the Accounting of Municipalities — Transitional Provision

1. A balanced result of the cumulative profit and loss account pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1 must be achieved by the budget for 2029 and the financial plan for 2030 at the latest, unless the conditions pursuant to § 22 paragraph 2 are met.
