Cantonal Council Resolution on the Approval of the Constitution of the Evangelical Reformed Cantonal Church of Schwyz

(Of 10 December 1997)

The Cantonal Council of the Canton of Schwyz,

upon application by the Cantonal Government, in application of §§ 91 et seq. of the Cantonal Constitution,

resolves

The Constitution of the Evangelical Reformed Cantonal Church of Schwyz of 13 June 1996 is hereby approved.

II.

1 This Resolution shall enter into force on 1 January 1998.4

2 The Cantonal Government is entrusted with its implementation.
