Decree of the Cantonal Council concerning the Approval of the Constitution of the Roman Catholic Cantonal Church of Schwyz
(of 21 October 2015)
The Cantonal Council of the Canton of Schwyz,
based on § 83 para. 2 of the Cantonal Constitution, having reviewed the report and proposal of the Governing Council,
decrees
1. The Constitution of the Roman Catholic Cantonal Church of Schwyz of 17 October 2014 is hereby approved.
2. This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and, upon the entry into force of the Constitution, shall be included in the Collection of Laws together with the text of the Constitution.
