4. Duties

1 The Municipal Clerk is responsible for all duties and powers assigned to him by

statute or by the Municipal Council.

2 He heads the municipal administration and manages the affairs of the municipal

chancellery, unless the electorate or the Municipal Council have decided on a different

organization.
