5. Boundary Adjustments

1 Boundary adjustments that do not constitute a significant change in the inventory

of the municipalities can be agreed upon by the municipal councils of the

participating municipalities on their own initiative or upon application by the

affected landowners or the cantonal surveying authorities.

2 If an application from a landowner or the surveying authorities is rejected, or if

the municipal councils cannot agree, the Government Council shall decide.
