c) Notification

1 As a rule, the decisions of the municipal council are to be notified to those concerned in the form of extracts from the minutes.

2 The extracts from the minutes must set out the facts, the reasons and considerations decisive for the decision, as well as the adopted decision with any instructions on legal remedies.
