5. Minutes

a) Content

1 The municipal clerk shall keep the minutes of the deliberations of the municipal council.

2 They shall contain the names of the persons present, of the members of the authority who have recused themselves, as well as the decisions adopted at the meeting, including the facts and any considerations.

3 Upon request, in addition to the motions that have led to a decision, the other motions of individual members shall also be recorded.
