**§ 15 Inventory Regulations** Ordinance on the Inventory and Valuation in Succession Proceedings (Inventarisations-Verordnung) - 3. Location**

1. The sealing shall be carried out in accordance with local conditions. If the decedent's residence is uninhabited, the entire dwelling may be sealed. If necessary, the more valuable items should be moved to a single room to be sealed.

2. If this is not necessary or not possible, the items to be sealed shall be placed in lockable containers (safe, desk, etc.) to be sealed.

3. The seals shall be applied in such a manner that the containers cannot be opened without damaging the seals.
