§ 61 Act on the Introduction of the Swiss Civil Code - A. Measures for the Protection of Marriage Rights, Art. 166 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code, and Measures for the Protection of Registered Partnerships, Art. 13-17, 22 of the Registered Partnership Act

1. The President of the District Court is competent in the following cases

a) Authorization for extraordinary representation (Art. 166 para. 2 no. 1 CC, Art. 15 para. 2 PartG);

b) Authorization for the termination or sale of the family home (Art. 169 para. 2 CC, Art. 14 para. 2 PartG);

c) Obligation to provide information and present documents (Art. 170 para. 2 CC, Art. 16 para. 2 PartG);

d) Measures for the protection of marriage and measures for the protection of registered partnerships (Art. 172-179 CC, Art. 13 para. 2, 13 para. 3, 15 para. 4, 17 para. 2, 17 para. 4, 22 PartG).
