§ 268bis Act on the Introduction of the Swiss Civil Code - H. Condominium Ownership Judicial Jurisdiction in Disputes Art. 712 a-t SCC

1. The President of the District Court is responsible for disputes concerning condominium ownership

a) for the assessment of objections against orders regarding a condominium per Article 712c paragraph 3 of the Swiss Civil Code;

b) for authorizing the registration of a lien in favor of the condominium ownership per Article 712i paragraph 2 of the Swiss Civil Code;

c) for the appointment of the administrator according to Article 712q paragraph 2 of the Swiss Civil Code;

d) for the dismissal of the administrator pursuant to Article 712r paragraph 3 of the Swiss Civil Code.
