§ 202 Act on the Introduction of the Swiss Civil Code — D. Acceptance of the Inheritance by Subsequent Heirs Art. 574 and 575 SCC
1. Notification to the Surviving Spouse That the Descendants Have Renounced the Inheritance, and Inquiry to Subsequent Heirs Whether They Accept the Inheritance, Is Made by the Clerk of the Court. The Declarations Received Thereafter Are to Be Certified in the Inventory. If the Declaration Is Made Orally, It Must Be Entered in the Inventory.
